A Course in Miracles is a self study spiritual teaching developed for the 21st century spiritual aspirant. This rich and at times complex teaching expresses a very simple idea.
There are only two ways in which our minds can experience reality. One of these is fear the other is Love.
The purpose of the course is firstly to explain why this is so and secondly to help students make the journey away from fear back to Love.
This half-day workshop will provide students with the background to the Course’s development; its core ideas; and introductory information on how to practice its message. We will practice some short simple meditations, look at how the practice of forgiveness can release us from hurt and examine how our relationships can help us transform
A Course in Miracles is an advanced esoteric teaching. It is part of the exciting unfolding or evolution of spiritual information that has been occurring over the last 150 . Participants on this workshop will benefit more by doing some background reading on the Course before attending the workshop.
For those interested in a more in-depth study of the Course we will be piloting running a year long programme to aid your study of The Course Curriculum beginning in January 2019. Details of this will be made available on the day.

Meditation and Reflection

Join us for this pre-Christmas session where we meditate and reflect on the events of the past year. We will look at what we have learned and what are the things we would like to bring forward with us into 2023 and what we would like to leave behind.
